There have been arguments about the differences between women and men since, well, the beginning of time!
Here are 10 cool science facts proving the differences between the sexes.
The grass is greener for women
My youngest son once asked me and another woman to name the color of the living room railing. I said "Eggshell" and she said "off white". My son freaked out- "It's white!" This is because females can detect 20% more colors than males, and detect smaller idiosyncrasies in the things around us.
Brains vs Brawn
The two highest IQ's in history belonged to women. Number one is a woman, Marilyn Vos Savant, born in 1946 in Missouri. The author was recorded in The Guinness Book of World Records in 1986 with the highest IQ- an impressive 228.
Matrix
Think the tech field is dominated by men? The first computer programmers were women.
Toss the Deodorant
Research at the University of Pennsylvania has found that women relax and have uplifted moods when male underarm sweat was unknowingly applied to their upper lip. It also helps regulate the menstrual cycle. Studies are also being conducted as to why women feel less pain when near their male lover.

The only time the above does not work is when a woman is using contraceptives. Researchers believe hormones in the Pill stop women from responding strongly to natural signals of attraction.
Women in Ancient Rome actually wore the sweat of Gladiators to improve their beauty and complexion, too.
Speaking of Sweat
Women sweat half as much as men.
Words
Ever hear your sister talking for hours with her girlfriends? This is because women speak about 20,000 words a day- about 13,000 more than average men. Women simply have more Foxp2 protein, aka the ‘language protein.’
You Want the Truth?
Men lie 6 times per day on average, over double the lies told by women.
My Heart Beats For You, Really!
Women's hearts beat faster than men's.
Taste This
In addition to seeing more colors, women can taste more things due to the fact that they have more taste buds.
Romance

The "cuddle hormone" Oxytocin has more significant impact on women than men, which may be why women associate sexual attraction or sexual activity with romance and love more than men do.
