The Life Relearnt Project currently supports two schools for disadvantaged children and liquid funds raised in this post will go to them. Both of the schools are for children from impoverished circumstances and they don't just nourish these children with education, they nourish them physically too, when they can.
@azizbd started @schoolforsdg4 in Bangladesh three years ago and connected with Steem two years ago. The funds raised on Steem have helped to fund weekly fruits for the students and meals for slum children whenever the funds allow. @azizbd's efforts don't just focus on the students, but reach out to the whole community, with food gifts to struggling families and empowering women through @womenempowerment. I've always been pleased to try and support his work and he has always been transparent in what he is doing.
Another school which recently came to my attention is the @littledisciples school in Venezuela. The @freedomtribe community is currently running a fundraiser to help them with a breakfast programme to feed indigenous children. If you can, please feel free to join in with this challenge and help them get more funds for this project. @littledisciples is a slightly newer project on Steem, at just one year old and is still trying to improve its exposure.
Steem may not be strong at the moment, but it still has the potential to help in lower income countries. Every little can make a difference in these peoples lives. If you want to help you can donate to them if you can spare something. I know not everyone has much, if anything, to spare, so raising awareness can be just as helpful. Resteem their work, maybe even make a post about them.
If you've read this far, then thank you for your time and attention. We wouldn't be at this point without you.
