Measuring Weights and Word Problems

In this activity we will discuss operating on weights or word problems involving adding, subtracting or multiplying weights. The key objective is to add the numbers with same units and then write the proper unit with the answer.

Also I see kids making mistakes when adding weights with different number of digits as the numerical values. So below are the activities sheets for the practice.
