Ordering Numbers Worksheets
When there are more than two numbers and they are different, then kids in grade 4 should be able to compare and order these numbers. These numbers can be ordered in ascending order (from smallest number to greatest number) OR in descending order (Greatest number to smallest number). Also the greater than (>) OR smaller than (<) signs can be used in the answer.
For example; consider we got 450, 45 540, 45 450 and 45 450 540 and we can order them in two ways;
- Ascending Order: 450 < 45 450 < 45 540 < 45 450 540
- Descending Order: 45 450 540 > 45 540 > 45 450 > 450
