Fun in children's lives is fundamental for their development, and above all for their ability to learn, let's make their simple world a wonderful place and let their laughter illuminate the day.

Many parents limit themselves to providing fun for their children by making them do activities that do not correspond to their age.

Today I want to show you a simple tutorial that you can apply anywhere even at home, the plan that I present below is about different activities that you can do with children for 5 days.

The activities reflected in this post were created by me and previously executed in the preschool where I work as a teacher.

If you follow each of the following steps, you will be able to make the best week your children can have .. !! Let's do it

PROCESS

STEP 1

Theme selection: The first thing we must keep in mind is that we are going to plan based on 5 days. It is necessary to define a general theme in order to easily create the crafts and games that will be developed throughout the week. In my case I selected ANIMALS but there are infinities of subjects to which you can get much benefit.

STEP 2

Planning of manual activities: Planning of manual activities: Once the subject is selected, it will be easier to plan the manual activities. Normally this type of planning lasts from 10 to 11 hours per day approximately, that is to say that there is enough time to create and develop children's creativity.

These crafts were planned based on different ages. If it is not your case and you only have a specific age, it will be even easier to develop the activities.

With all these points clear we begin the search for crafts, find all the ideas you can, and depending on the materials you have you can select the most appropriate. You should not forget that a craft will be made per day, but in my case I planned for 4 days since the last day will be only partying and sports activities.

My selected crafts were:

Jellyfish (Monday)
Visors of Tiger (Tuesday)
Animal bracelets from the farm (Wednesday)
Puppets of dogs and cats (Thursday)

Many of the planned crafts must be pre-approved by the people in charge. What do I mean by this? Well, we must have at hand all the materials that we select cut out and even painted, ready only for the child to assemble (if the child is bigger it is not necessary to advance the work so much).

The images that are in the upper part I used them as reference, here I show the materials already cut and painted by me ready for the child to assemble.

STEP 3

Game Planning: Like crafts, games must be planned per day. I am one of those teachers who do not like children to get bored, on the contrary I like that the more games they can do a lot better. These games I can catalog as "fill" since we are always going to find a gap in the schedule where children do absolutely nothing, so I planned these games for "emergency case". It is a very simple game but very funny, the game is called "IN SEARCH OF."

Materials:

Bond Paper Sheet
Marker
Scotch tape
Crepe paper

Game mode:

1. Before starting the game, an animal should be made with the marker on the example bond paper (a lion).

2. Then you should cut out many strips of orange crepe paper that will simulate the lion's mane.

3. Then you should stick a piece of tape on each crepe paper strip cut.

4. Then you should stick all the crepe paper strips everywhere (try to make it in a wide place so that the children can run a lot in search of the hair of the Lion).

5. Once all the strips are pasted you can start the game: you will paste the drawing on the floor and you will give an orange color to each child, they should start coloring.

The child coloring will be stimulated psychomotor development, this is the one that relates to emotions and knowledge. Another benefit is the development of creativity and also children learn to express themselves and stimulate communication with other children.

6. Once the coloring is finished, the children will be told that the Lion is missing something (they will begin to guess) until you tell them that the Lion has lost his mane and they will help him find it.

7. You must indicate the areas where they can search (this will prevent accidents), start the game to the count of 1, 2 and 3, all children will run out to look for the manes, (they must go, take one, and return to paste it).

8. The game ends when they have found all the lion's mane.

I can guarantee that the children will love this game, other ideas for this game are:

A fish tank IN SEARCH OF fish.
A dog IN SEARCH OF his bones.
A Giraffe IN SEARCH OF their spots.

STEP 4

Recreational Rally planning: What is a rally?

The rally is a type of activity that is within the classification of the didactic strategy of recreational games; rally brings together a group of people. Which make up teams, with the purpose of traveling through a territory at a certain time, performing actions (clues, riddles or challenges) that allow them to advance to achieve the fulfillment of the stated objective.

The rallies are usually a bit complicated to plan but despite its difficulty it is impossible to leave it out in this type of activities.

In my case I will make two rallies to be executed strategically:

• The first will be done on Monday (this to hook the child and want to return the next day).
• The second will be done on Friday (this is to leave with the feeling that it was the best holiday plan they have attended).

Schedule: Structuring the schedules (per day) will help us to know how we should develop it, such as: At what time we will do crafts, at what time the games are made, the theater, the swimming pool among others.

Other fun and educational activities: Even doing crafts and Rally there is a lot of free time and that's where the following activities come in:

Party: In the preschool where I work and where these activities were developed we cataloged Friday as a holiday so we should also plan the best party of all and it can not be missing:

Conclusions

Learning by playing is a way for the child to recreate, distract and spread his mind, not everything has to be studies, normally the child should learn by playing. This is a fun and interactive joyful way to develop your fundamental brain skills to the fullest as the child learns doing and creating.
