And it's about giving some good healthy advise. Strangely, I've just started my little self help recipe trail of post and am now at number 8.
Seems only right that I share a healthy tip that I hold very dear to me. Something that I've practiced for years now, something so simple that people take it for granted.

My little self help recipe 8
A glass of like warm water
4-5 numbers of lime or lemon
Squeeze the lime or lemon into the glass of warm water. Drink this daily first thing in the morning and just before you go to bed.
Do this on a weekly basis with a couple of days of break in between. This is to allow the stomach to react and recuperate.
Warnings
If you're prone to gastric, don't try this.
Results
Reaction of the acidic onto the stomach is like taking apple cider but stronger. Burns down the fats quite immediately.

Conclusion
A good detox for me but that doesn't mean it may be suitable for you.
Some uses other ways of treatment or recipe for detox but I find this works for me. Unfortunately, I haven't been practicing this for quite a while. Definitely time to pick this up again.
