WTF Steemit, how can I honestly tell people that Steemit is better than reddit when I cant even fucking comment?! Thats worse than reddit! Now i have been telling all these people to join Steemit and they have no idea that they are NOT gonna be able to fucking COMMENT FREELY WTF this TOTALY ruins STeemit
Steemit will NEVER SUCCeed now unless this commenting limit is disabled OR expanded to many many more comments Like people should be able to COMMENT FREELY and any spam accounts will simply be flagged as spam and organically be removed....theres no fucking reason to LIMIT comments, you are RUINING steemit, with a LIMIT on comments you are taking ACTIVE users who just want to CONTRIBUTE INFORMATIOn and TAKING THEIR VOICE AWAY !! there were over a dozen articles on Steemit today that I wanted to comment on and contribute valuable RELEVANT information and I was scanning the page for any reply buttons! There were nop fucking reply buttons anywhere, it was like my voice was taken away! I was panicing ! I was thinking "Oh no! I cant even post! What is this? this is terrible! All these comments i wanted to make now i have to WAIT to make them? Cant they just give me a seperate box for creating commnents that autoamticallyu post later like a comment que? and you can rearrange whoch ones have top prioirty?
Solution!!!! Here is what Steemit should do! Either create a box to add comments into and save for later like a comment que, like I just thought up, OR you tell the user that they must go back to Steemit and go look at 5 articles and for every 5 articles they view they can make another comment, that seems fair, u can even give them bonus points for viewing steemit posts from multiple different categories or SubSteemits, (and like i posted in my last post, theres no shame in stealing catgeories like Showerthoughts or MildyInteresting from famous SubReddits because they cant copyright the idea of "Showerthoughts or MildlyInteresting those are universally used phrases..and we have a right to create categories or SubSteemits like that...we can even have a Trees subSteemit and a AMA SubSteemit and EarthPorn SubSteemit , you get the idea, it would be a great way to start populating Steemit with content , and especially when u see NASA imageery or Satelite photos that are copyright free, use don Reddit, feel free to really post those over on Steemit, its a great way to copy Reddits content and its for a good cause, id love to debate the ethics of this....)
Anyway this limit on comments feels like censorship to a user....AND it is the type of shit that makes people want to go off and make their OWN blockchain alternative to reddit/Steemit where there is no posting limits and no censorship and no vertical control all decentralized...People should be allowed to comment when they want to
And if you have to build in a special 'Comment for Later' comment Que OR make them watch Ads, or make them go watch some Videos posted on Steemit, or just make them go click on 5 steemit stories and read them, that woudl be really cool, u could even like make them stay on a steemit story page for like 30 seconds so they have time to read the story, and then it would incentivize peoples ability to make comments by making them browse and watch content on the website....make them watch and read posts to make more comments per day! OR just let them purchase the luxury of extra comemnts for STEEm or steem dollars, that would help build up the value of the steem dollars and STEEM cryptocurrencies....
Also, Change the "trending" to "Steamy"
