Escargot à l'ail - Apéro - Sandwich
The other day my love and me, we went "fishing on foot" (pêche à pied as they call it here in france). To do this you wait for the tide is on its low point to access the boulders and rocks with all the shrimps, mussels and snails, you pick up all you can eat. 😊😊😊
So that was what we did and after one day of disgorge we had some mussels and the second day lots of escargots... what better moment to do a sandwich contest with my favourite recipe for these little slimmers.

All You Need Is A Good Tide And Some Of This:
- Home Made BuckWheat Bread
500gr Wheat & Buckwheat Flour, 25gr Panilev (Dry Sour Dough), 1ts Salt, 1cs Sugar and some spices...
- Lots of "Escargot de Mer" (Sea Snails)
The sort I pick up mostly is called Gibbula. The reason: most people say they are not good to eat and so you find always lots of "big ones". BTW all snails are edible...
- Salted Butter, Garlic & Parsley
Butter and Garlic simmer slightly then add the snails simmer slightly then add the parsley ...
