Welcome to the "World Premier" of a seafood version of the famous cordon bleu. The other day a friend came by with some freshly collected sea ears (abalones). Man, what a lucky day that was, for this is the ultimate sea snail you can get, just yummy yummy.
There where so many that some even went to the freezer. So today I am able to present you this probably never done version of an "abalone bleu".
Anyway, here I go for my entry for Week Seventy Eight in the most excellent contest on earth. 😎

This "World Premier" Needed:

then flour, egg and breadcrumb the whole thing. Fry in a mix of butter and oil until golden brown. Let them quickly rest on kitchen paper to drip the fat. Layer the bread with some...
- Garlic Mustard Sauce
- Green Salad
And serve with some ??!... 😉
- Sriracha

I use "only" organic grown ingredients, produced as local as possible.
