Woop Woop! We have another badass who joined #steemitweightlosschallenge !!! @winstonwolfe has joined the board. He has got some great workout vids going on. Here is his latest post, but looks like he may be slacking as this one was from over a week ago . . .

Fellow Steemians, feel free to join steemitweightlosschallenge! This is an attempt to create a space of value on Steemit and to motivate each other to get fit. So far there are three of us, lets get this thing going and get buff ;)
If you do decide to join can you please comment on one of my steemitweightlosschallenge posts as the search feature completely SUCKS and I have to comb through pages of crap to find you.
So I messed up this week and BINGE ATE everything I could possibly see in my sight .... Last night I had a WHOLE pitcher of beer and 5 pieces of pizza. I did kick major ass in the gym to sweat out some salt, calories, and guilt. But it wasn't enough, I gained everything I had lost and added 2 pounds, boo . . .
However, I am noticing some serious muscle tone in my arms and back. My bingo wings aren't flapping nearly as much anymore lol.
Gotta keep persevering, this is a lifestyle, a life long struggle, to get and maintain fitness.
