Nata De Coco (Imitation)

material
- 2 packs of nutrigel plain (coconut image)
- 80gr coconut milk powder
- 250gr sugar
- 900ml coconut water / degan
- 1 young coconut / degan (scraped meat)
- 100ml mineral water
- 1 / 4sdt salt
- 1sdm lime juice
How to make ;
- Scrape the young coconut meat and mineral water and blend until smooth
- Prepare the pan, pour the young coconut meat that has been mashed
- Add sugar, young coconut water, salt, lime juice, coconut milk powder, nutrigel mix well
- Turn on the stove, cook the dough while continuously stirring until boiling, turn off the heat, stirring steam until steam is gone
- Pour in molds that have been in love of water (so as not to sticky)
- After cold, cut pieces like nata de coco

Papaya Pudding
Material :
1 Medium mature papaya fruit.
800 ml of water
1 pack of plain agar flour
1 pack of small coconut milk
1 sachet Sweetened condensed milk flag
Sugar according to taste (taste test)
Secubit salt
How to make :
- Peel the skin of papaya and wash it clean. Split lengthwise into 2 parts. Throw the seeds clean.
- Use a cocktail mold spoon to form round the inner meat of papaya (to taste and not too deep to penetrate the outer flesh of papaya / leak). the printout will be used as a mosaic on the pudding.
- Dissolve water, agar, coconut milk, milk and sugar in a pan. Cook over medium heat while stirring until boiling.
- Turn off the stove, stirring until the vapor is gone then insert into the papaya that was scraped earlier. Enter the scrap of papaya cocktail to form mosaic on the pudding.

Chocolate Cupcake Recipe
Material :
- 100 grams of sugar

How to make :

Material A:
- 25 g medium protein flour
- 50 ml of water
- 1 tsp of instant yeast
Material B:
- 3 eggs btr
- 200 grams of sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 250 gr medium protein flour
- 300 ml of medium coconut milk
- 50 ml of cooking oil
- 1 tsp salt
How to make:
- Mix Materials A, mix well, let stand 15 minutes.
- Elsewhere, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla until thick, add dough A, mix well.

MANGO CHEESE CAKE
Material:
1 pack of wheat bran
1 sweet fragrant mango, puree
1/2 mango sliced ββfinely elongated (for topping)
100 gr cheese chedar, grated
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt (Manda 1sdt)
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
How to make :
- Destroy the wheat juice biscuits which are part without the cream, set aside

- green tea paste to taste
- buttercream to taste
How to make:
- Set the oven to 180 Β° C, prepare 2bh pan 20x20cm size, thin margarine oar and give oil paper base, thin margarine oles only.
