I would like to share with you my excitement about my 1st. Place at the " Bring your "A-Game" Steem Monster Tournament - sponsored by @steemmonsters
I haven't won any Tournament prizes the last almost two weeks and I thought wow the competition got so much stronger!!! Or my game got so much worst :-0
Now, I'm back into competition mode and eager to win some of this "Tournament Money" back.
The Tournament started yesterday at 11:00 PM PST with around 40 registered Players.
- The Rules for this Tournament:
- Monster League "Silver"
- Only "Alpha Cards" where allowed to play.
- single elimination and best out of 3.
- Final Round is best out of 5.
- Prize Pool: (sponsored by official @steemmonsters account)

- Final Battle / Strategy / Tactics:
The "A-Game" is always something special, because I'm used to have all the cards (Reward, Neutrals and Beta Cards) available. But in the "A-Game" we only can choose from the original set of Alpha Cards without any ability to use common tactics like "double sneak", "double snipe" or "lord Arianthus".
The Final Battle against @stackin was pretty exciting and a close match. Best out of 5 and we kept it down until the Final Round. Here is the Battle between me and @stackin (Earth against Death). Congrats to him for getting 7 Steem and 2nd. Place.

Overall, I have to say that the automated tournaments are really the main exciting part about Steemmonsters.
Right now, already more than 10 000,-$ have been awarded to players, that is amazing!
I managed to be among the Top Players who won the most Tournament Money...currently sitting at Place. 5.

There are a lot of things to be excited about Steemmonsters, and its not a payed to win only Game! Strategy, Tactics and good opponent research in advance makes the difference!
