I'm currently buying all regular foil Steem Monsters/Splinterlands cards with DEC at 101% of their burn value, so if you're burning,you'll be better off selling to me. But having to actually contact me is a pain in the butt so I built a bot to do it for me.
Currently if you'd like to get DEC for a 1 bcx card, you can gift that card to @ottermaker and it will send you 101% of the DEC value on your Steem-Engine wallet. (You can import the DEC back into the game from there from the in-game wallet.)

You can send as many cards as you want at once, but they need to be 1 bcx because I haven't gotten bcx quite figured out yet in the api. I hope to fix that later today or tomorrow but I wanted to get the bot up quickly.
Recharging the account is manual, so if it runs out of DEC (or if you send it a gold or a mulltiple-bcx card) it will automatically refund.
