Its inconsistent the payouts, but its ok, It may have to be that way to deal with so many people delegating etc. So far i can make out one person waiting around 2 months and they got 1 INV token which they can sell for maybe 1 steem 1.8 if they're lucky, and 100 PAL is NOT a lot of money so this is an absolute win for finding a USEFUL token to grab for delegating a tribe power you may not use.
