Steem Ocean is a website that provides insights into account activity on the Steem blockchain and every day you can check to see who is making waves around the world!
The homepage of Steem Ocean shows 'Top 10' lists for important metrics from across the Steem Blockchain and by viewing who is paying out the most money in votes each week, for example, we can get a quick overview of what's hot on Steem at the moment in a way that the trending lists don't really do.

As you can see, alongside the names we regularly see in the top 10 accounts that generate the highest upvote payouts, we also see some new names. @steemhunt is the new Steem powered website that gives rewards for publishing reviews for products.
