Today we are going to take a look at a wonderful five Troy ounce silver colorized proof from Anonymous Mint's exclusive Amy Brown collection. This is the first in a series of six designs. And this one goes out to @ronaldoavelino, who mentioned the colorized version in a comment the other day.
The Red Queen
If you've seen @raybrockman's post from yesterday he has decided to start collecting this series, so I can tell you one thing for sure. There will be one less of each of these 5 oz rounds on the market very soon!
It was tough to get a good photo so I tried one at a slight angle as well.
I wanted to put a close up here but the photos won't allow for it. It is an awesome round with great color but the photos make it look kinda lame.
However, here is my favorite part.
Sexy edge engraving, and a decent number to boot!
Now I just want to back up for a moment and point out something that you probably already noticed. Something I didn't notice until long after I received these.
I don't know much about the different finishes on coins and how they are applied, but I do see this one is chipped off. It's not that huge a deal at this point but I did want to mention it and see if you know anything about it.
Hope you are having a good week. Remember, today is #tacotuesday, so go get you some!
