With the website progressing nicely there have been some questions popping up about the pre-ordering.
Before we get started, if you missed yesterday’s post about ordering the same serial numbered rounds as you have in the 2017 version read the post here.
Here are a few questions we have received recently about the coin
What will the price be per round?
Each round will cost $24.
When will pre-orders begin?
There are a few more things left with the website before it can be launched. I am expecting this to be complete sometime this week ideally. After that the pre-orders can begin. At most, two weeks from now.
What forms of payment will be accepted?
- Credit Card
- Cryptocurrencies (Steem, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum)
Will you be accepting Steem Dollars?
The payment integration we have only allows Steem or Steem Dollars. If you have Steem Dollars, you can convert them into Steem. I believe @blocktrades will convert it for you for free.
How many rounds will be minted?
There will be 2,500 rounds minted total.
Is a 2D or 3D design going to be used?
After nearly everyone in the community supported the idea of having a 3D design for the obverse, we have decided to use that one. This will give the round more depth and allow it to pop.
How long until rounds will be shipped?
We have a reservation with the sculptor on April 15. It will take the sculptor approximately 10 business days to create the die. After this it will take another few weeks for fabrication and shipping. I would expect mid-May is a reasonable date. This will obviously become clearer as the project progresses.
