The carrot is very rich in carotene, a chemical compound that the liver transforms into vitamin A. Now having studied each of the fruits we are going to use, now we are going to proceed to make this delicious and nutritious juice of four fruits in one.
The first thing is to present the fruits, we must wash them very well, but then we remove the skin.
Once washed, we chop them into very small pieces.
Once cut, now place the orange in the blender and make the juice, but only the orange.
When we pass the juice through a colander, we pour it back into the blender and begin adding all the other fruits one by one.
