When I spend too much time in a larger group of people, after a few days I feel washed out of energy. I feel as if I was overwhelmed with rubble and at the same time flooded with jelly-like slush. I have no strength. I want to put myself in bedding, drink tea and just be. Breathe.

But I usually load batteries on walks. I look at the leaves, at the trees, at the sky. I try to breathe, watch, keep silent, look more in what's inside me.
When I try to calm down, brewing coffee or tea is never the same as usual - it's a ritual. Almost like I'm making myself a magic medicine-potion. I celebrate everything at all. I'm celebrating even lying down and staring at the ceiling.
