I am really happy with the way #stickyart is coming along and as we enter the 9th round I decided to update the place with a new banner image. This weeks theme is making another break from the animals, but don't worry, there will be plenty more cute creatures in the future. Be it Unicorn tears, a 90's rave party or just some refracted light in the moist afternoon sky, its time to brighten up the place with all the colours in the spectrum because this weeks theme is "RAINBOW"
I also decided to try something new and made my demo piece this week with acrylic paints. My first time putting paint on a sticky note, and in the end I made much less mess than I was expecting. So on to this weeks competition
Rules
Use at least 1 sticky note (more than 1 is encouraged)
Make some art in relation to this weeks theme (RAINBOW) (drawing, origami, papercraft, paint, etc all acceptable)
Use the tag #stickyart so that I can find your entry
Multiple entries are allowed, but only one prize will be awarded per person
Competition runs for 7 days
Have fun (this is the most important rule)

This week there will be 5 prizes of 1 SBD each
The process was simply place small blobs of paint in a line, place a second sticky note on the top and smear the paint as your press them together. Peel apart to reveal the pattern. Lay and remove one more set of notes for the lighter prints. Pictures below.
