When getting into self improvement or self development it can be all too easy to fall into the trap of thinking I can't mess up any more, now I have to be a role model and lead by example at all times... this is unrealistic and unnatural. My mind is often chaotic, most of the time I have no clue what I 'should' be doing... I just try things out and follow what excites me - sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I've still not got to a happy place with my content on this channel for example... but I will, eventually.
We are all a little bit messy, we all have our own baggage and backgrounds that are often not seen by anyone else. Embrace your imperfections, let yourself fail, don't hide your mistakes.
