There’s so much talk of (green) candles lately I felt this thumbnail was hilariously appropriate. Everyone who is holding Bitcoin now was right but it’s important not to become smug or start to believe we know it all. The hard truth is not a single one of us can predict the future.
In my opinion, this next phase of the bull market (FOMO) is probably the most psychologically taxing of the entire cycle. Those inexperienced investors who have been waiting on the sidelines to get into Bitcoin will pour millions into the coin—this happens every cycle. This influx of money will drive prices violently higher and is the precise point where the true internal battle begins...
This is a friendly reminder to proceed with discipline and try your best to leave emotion out of the equation. Don’t pay attention to random social media influencers. If you’ve come up with a plan to dollar-cost-average, selling small amounts this would be the time to start keeping a closer eye on the price action and be prepared to set your plan in motion.

I think this chart is a pretty good representation of where prices will be heading in future cycles. Quite a few analysts I trust are in agreement with this. Of course, this isn’t financial advice. As always, good luck and do what you think is right. Stay diligent my friends.
Minnesota ❤️’s Taxes
Just a little rant here that will, undoubtedly, leave me feeling like some grouchy old fart shaking his fist at the sky. For those who live in other parts of the country and the world I wanted to share a little snippet of what it’s like to live here in Minnesota. According to the interwebs we are the 11th most highly taxed states in America.

See these two little stickers? They cost me nearly $250 each. The state of Minnesota requires anyone driving a car to get these two little stickers and affix them to your front and back license plate annually. The price is supposed to coincide with the market value of your car but my car is worth less than half of its original value yet I paid nearly this same amount for 2024 so this in no way adds up.
This year the charge was $495.25 for my three year old car. Of course, this includes a $75 annual surcharge for driving an electric vehicle. Every seven years the state requires you to buy new license plates as well, which are an additional charge.
Also, if you live in the Saint Paul city center, like we used to, you're required to pay an additional $25 per vehicle, per year for another sticker that allows you to park on the street.

It’s times like these that I question why we live in this state, it's desperately in need of reform.
All for now. Thanks for reading.
