🔥 I'm young, hungry, and chasing freedom — not just money. This is my daily journey toward success.
Hey Hive family 👋
This is Day 2 of documenting my journey from being a normal teenager… to hopefully becoming someone who owns his time, his money, and his future.
Yesterday, I told you about my mission — not just to “get rich,” but to build the kind of life where I don’t need to beg for weekends, jobs, or approval.
Today, I made my first real move in that direction.
I invested in myself.
Not with crypto. Not with stocks.
But with something even more powerful:
📖 A book called The Personal MBA by Josh Kaufman.
📚 Why I Bought This Book
Let me be honest — I’ve never been someone who reads a lot of books.
But when I realized that most people around me never learn how money works or how to build real wealth, I knew I had to do something different.
I searched online for books that teach business without needing college.
Everywhere I looked, I saw people saying:
“This book is better than an actual MBA.”
That grabbed me.
Because I’m not trying to wait until I’m 25 to figure this stuff out.
If a single book can open my mind now — at my age — then I’m all in.
This isn’t just about reading a book.
It’s about breaking the cycle early.
🧠 What I Hope to Learn From It
Here’s why I’m so excited about this book:
✅ It explains the real structure of successful businesses
✅ It teaches how to think like an entrepreneur, not an employee
✅ It shows how to create and deliver value — the true source of wealth
✅ It breaks down mental models and decision-making
✅ It focuses on practical skills, not just boring theory
Most schools don’t teach this.
Even a lot of adults don’t understand this.
But I want to.
If I understand this at 14, imagine how many years I’ll be ahead.
Not in school grades — in real-world leverage.
👦 Why I’m Doing This Now — Not Later
People around me often say things like:
“You’re too young to worry about business.”
“Just enjoy life. You’ve got time.”
“Focus on school. Success comes later.”
But I see it differently.
I believe the earlier I start, the stronger my foundation will be.
And honestly, waiting is what average people do. I don’t want average.
I see adults working 9-to-5 jobs they hate.
Living paycheck to paycheck.
Hoping for the weekend.
Complaining but never changing.
I don’t want to end up like that. I love my family, but I want more.
I want to break the cycle.
Not just for me — for my future family too.
So yeah, I’m young.
But I’m ready.
And I’d rather fail young than regret late.
📅 My Plan With This Book
I’m not just going to read it and forget it.
Here’s what I’m planning:
📖 Read 10 pages a day (slow and focused)
🧠 Take handwritten notes (because writing helps memory)
🗒️ Share summaries and lessons here on Hive (maybe 1x a week)
💬 Apply key ideas in real life — even in small ways (test online ideas, offer value)
🧱 Build projects based on what I learn — maybe even small digital businesses
This book isn’t just “content.”
It’s part of my blueprint for freedom.
📣 What I Need From You
If you're older and you’ve read The Personal MBA — please share your experience.
Which chapters changed your thinking?
Which lessons actually helped you in real life?
And if you know other books like this — drop them in the comments.
📚 I’m building a reading list for myself, and I’ll share it here when it grows.
Also, if you’re young like me — or even just getting started on your own path — let’s connect.
We don’t have to do this alone.
🎯 Final Thoughts
Today, I didn’t just buy a book.
I bought a path — a way out of confusion, fear, and financial chains.
I bought a small key to unlock a bigger future.
Because I believe every great transformation starts with knowledge…
…and the courage to actually use it.
I don’t know everything. I don’t even know most things.
But I know this:
If I build myself daily, no one can take that away.
🙏 *Thanks for reading — every step I take, I share. Follow me to watch a young mind grow into something unstoppable 🗣️🔥.
