There are many levels one can evaluate when addressing road blocks to beginning and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Mental, physical and emotional are a few that come to mind. Within those three categories are many sub-categories i.e. mind-set, time management, beliefs, social patterns and all contribute to a certain degree to your success or failure. We have all attempted to make changes in our lives with various levels of success based mainly on how much we really want to change.
For some the change is strongly recommended by a health professional while for others, you simply grow tired of the same old same old (same actions same results). It is said that in order to successfully create change in your life it must come from within, will-power is not the answer; we must use inner-vision to see our true self. Without getting to deep into psychology, self-evaluation and self-reflection are critical in creating change on any level. We all have certain beliefs that mold and shape our lives. In order to change our lives we must start with our beliefs. Do you believe that you’ll ever succeed at your heart felt dreams and desires, if so what’s stopping you, if not what’s stopping you.
Dreams and desires are good but only when followed by actions, what actions are you taking to move closer to those goals? If you want to but can’t seem to get started take some quiet time and reflect within, if you ask you will receive an answer, are you listening, every question is always answered.
