The same user who wrote the post has spent a week or more writing the post.
But after a week he gets his reward
and you can not vote for that good post anymore.
This prevents serious people from writing more meaningful content to Steemit.
This problem makes people want to write something long and really good, write it in chapters.
Because otherwise if they write everything at once,
the post may receive a high reward, but not high enough in relation to their investment of writing, shooting, make a research for the post.
Certainly not people who make thousands of dollars on YouTube every month and their popularity gives them more money on the side of advertising products in their videosץ
This makes people who come from outside reading posts in sections, and perhaps not enjoy a post that was supposed to be complete and beautiful.

It is possible to set parameters for posts in which a rewarding vote of more than one week is allowed. The higher the compensation, the higher the time limit for compensating votes.
For example:

If a percentage of the SP is in a particular article + a certain number of witnesses who have voted for the same post, the post will receive an extension of retaliatory time.(I do not know the math but I suppose that it's very complicated to implement this on the code, the math is less complicated..)
