My parents have a big garden and they have several fruits growing there. There is also a currant bush where i collectes several kilos of currants for some juice. Since i discovered an easy method of making juice from several fuits with the "Thermomix" it is not so much work anymore but you still know what you've done after collecting the currants from the bush for several minutes in the hot sun. Without adding any sugar this kind of juice has a lot of acid and you need add pretty much water in order to be able to drink it. In German there are two words for the currants. (Johannisbeere (deutsch german), Ribisel (österreichisch, austrian))
