Well yesterday I had no entry. Could not find anything in the color Indigo. So today Sunday is Violet Sunday... my favorite color. I would have lots of pictures but here are just a few.
Doesn't that look delicious? It is ube cake with icing and macapuno topping. Ube is a root crop when grounded is violet in color and has a nice earthy flavor. Mix with sugar and other ingredients you can cook a lot of things.
Another snack made of glutinous rice grounded into flour-like consistency then cooked in coconut milk with the ube root crop, sago or pearl balls and coconut with sugar. Yummy.
Haha my daughter's scrub suit. Also one of her favorite colors.
