How to subscribe to notifications

- type command for subscribe !subscribe < steemaccoumt >
- the bot will return with a message to send the fees to bot owner @aneilpatel account with a memo. Send the funds as directed and wait for the bot to notify you for deposit.
- when deposit is confirmed you can subscribe to notifications to an steem Account using ! subscribe.
