The web wallet for SwiftCash is active and perfectly working.
As I anticipated a few days ago, it is in approval phase a proposal by Markus MSG 768, one of the major active developers on SwiftCash, aimed at the activation of a simple but powerful Web trusted interface that acts as wallet. Although the proposal has not yet been approved and paid, MSG768 has decided to release the web wallet, at his own risk of not being paid, so I do recommend going to vote YES to his proposal.
The technological details on how the code was written and how it is managed will be explained soon, let's see how we can use it today
Let's see what it looks like :
Type https://wallet.swiftcash.cc/. A page will open with the classic SwiftCash background:
On the homepage, we can see Login, which shall be an e-mail address and password, which shall be an alphanumeric one. To be able to accept the password, the system will have to return a message saying "Very Strong":
Once you have entered an email and a password of our choice, our wallet finally is revealed.
There is a second way to log in, instead of using the email address and password, you can enter the private key directly. To use this mode you must click on “Login with your priv key”.
Receive
Beside to the address, a key will allow you to copy your address into the clipboard, next you will find a lightning-shaped icon, for updating your balance in real time. The key icon will allow you to reveal the private key storing it in the clipboard. Please be carfeul, this is a very sensitive and potentially dangerous operation in case the private key is lost or revealed to third person, so, for your own security, the system will ask you to confirm your intention.
Once written Yes, the system will finally store the private key in the clipboard.
Spend
The second mode of operation of the Web wallet is to send funds to another address. This is what is showed:
In addition to the usual fields we will have, Address where you can write the destination address of the funds and Amount with the amount of the funds you want to transfer. It is possible, instead of manually typing or copying the destination address, click on the QR-Code symbol so the camera is activated. This is very useful, especially by using the mobile web wallet, for future commercial additions, in order to have a few simple steps to make quick payments.
Last is to enter the destination address and the amount of the digit and click on send.
Once it’s done, a popup will open a new browser page with the transaction on the explorer.
As anticipated, this wallet is a simple container for small transactions and does not allow you to see a transfer history.
Important:
The two methods of access are the private key and mail / password. It is important you don’t lose or transfer this information for any reason, as without them it is not possible to recover any fund
