So I may have messed up some things and made some poor decisions in my life.
So many mistakes.
Life is misery.
The good news is that Segira's done-ish, in the sense that all the content's in and so is the art and whatnot.
I still need to finish the example characters and "staple" the PDFs together.
There are also a couple little layout issues I just noticed, so don't pay attention to pages 33 or 36.
But, since it's technically done, here's the player section and here's the GM section.
It turns out I didn't have a form fillable PDF (or if I did I overwrote it), so tomorrow I'll make one and then upload it to DriveThruRPG and be done with it.
