This photo was taken last December 15, 2017 when Typhoon Urduja struck Tacloban. Friends from Palawan and Pasig came to visit but they were welcomed by this sight. Going back home from the airport when we picked them up, we passed by this warehouse with its whole roof flown off by the strong winds. Hopefully nobody got hurt by that incident.
It's really important to heed warnings and directions from the government and from weather updates as well.
