This is how it's done
Fry the minced meat with onion and garlic. Add the taco seasoning mixture according to the package instructions. Season with salt, pepper, paprika and maybe some Tabasco. Approximately Simmer for 20 minutes.
Clean the iceberg lettuce and cut into strips. Tomato, cucumber and pepper with the other ingredients one after the other in a bowl. Put the finished minced meat over it.
In einer Schüssel nun Crème fraîche, Schmand, saure Sahne und Remoulade mischen. Mit Salz, Pfeffer, Paprikapulver, Parmesan und Kräutern abschmecken. Diese Masse über das Hackfleisch geben und den geraspelten Käse darauf verteilen. Etwas andrücken und einige Stunden bis zum Verzehr ziehen lassen.

- something remoulade
- some grated parmesan
- possibly tabasco when needed
