I rarely go out to eat with my classroom because my home is far away and I have to go home before 10 pm. This is a New Year's party, I can't refuse the invitation. It is cold outside and you feel like eating warm and comforting foods. It is the perfect time to enjoy a delicious hot pot!

We have booked 5 tables for 30 people, the restaurant is very crowded. We had to book a table early in the morning. Around 7 pm, people started to sit together, talk to each other, eat and drink some wine. This restaurant is located in the center of Hanoi city, so we got stuck in traffic. It took us over 2 hours to reach this restaurant. Although the distance is only 15 km ...

Hot pot is flourishing across Vietnam.
Hot pot as the perfect reprieve from the winter cold. So we decided to come to this restaurant to enjoy the food. Restaurant space is wide, and nice, clean and cool.

When we arrived at the restaurant, the staff brought out a lot of chicken. Fried chicken, chicken with pepper sauce, boiled chicken, fried chicken, rolled Pho. , ..After finishing the chicken, we ordered the hotpot.

Hot pot is typically served from a communal pot, set in the middle of the table on a burner, so it simmers throughout the meal.

Hotpot has 2 compartments, broth is simply labelled "spicy" and "non-spicy," and might have a pork or beef base.
Plates of raw vegetables, like corn or mushrooms, might pair well pork belly, american beef or fish balls, shrimp. The meat is so thin, it cooks quickly, within about 30 seconds.

You'll be craving it all less than a week later! Fun and tasty place.

Each person drinks a bottle of soju, I like the taste of peaches. I think I can drink more.
