Weekend again, I always eat outside in the weekend, it just like to celebrate to finish a week.
又到了週末了！我經常都會在週末的時候出去吃飯，當做是過了一個星期的鼓勵啊XD
Tonight, I shopping at Kowloon Bay with my friend, and felt quite hungry, there are too many restaurant in the shopping mall, but a lot of them are not in my wishing list, until I saw this restaurant ‘Guts Soul Kamameshi’, which is only provide pot rice dishes by Japanese style.
今天晚上，我跟朋友去了香港的九龍灣逛街，然後感到有點肚子餓了，就想說找間餐廳去吃晚飯。其實這個商場都有很多餐廳，可是都沒有想吃的，因為都是平時常吃的快餐啊，或是吃到飽之類的，要不是說是很貴的中高價位餐廳，這都是讓我們卻步的原因。然後逛著逛著，說看到這家餐廳 — 釜之魂釜飯專門店。
這是一間是專門吃釜飯的，釜飯就是類似香港的「煲仔飯」一樣，不過這間是日式的煲仔飯，有別於港式的，港式的是用瓦煲，而這間餐廳是用鐵鍋，但做法跟港式的一樣，都是先用文火（慢火）先把鍋內的米飯跟蔬菜先蓋上蒸熟，當都熟了之後，就用大火去燒那個鍋，這樣做可以有讓鍋內接近鍋面的米飯都變成飯焦，香香脆脆的！
Because of the weekend, so there are too many people like me, will go outside to have a meal. So, it is a normal thing which to waiting for a seat in the restaurant.
因為是週末，所以這裡是人超級多，很多人跟我一樣想法，就是想週末出去吃XD 所以每間餐廳都大排長龍都是正常不過的現象。
I wait for around 30 minutes, finally I can get inside! The atmosphere is good, too teeming! And the aroma of the food filled the restaurant!
我等了差不多30分鐘，終於可以進去了！店內的氣氛環境都非常好，很熱鬥，就感覺要喝酒啊！店內的飯香跟炭烤香味都很濃郁，整間餐廳都充滿著香香的味道！
I ordered the grill eel pot rich, and I choose the fatty part — FISH BELLY!
我叫了烤鰻魚釜飯，因為這間餐廳是鰻魚最有名的！而且這裡可以選擇是要鰻魚的什麼部位，彼如說普通的魚身、比較薄跟多魚刺骨的魚尾，還有最肥最香的魚腩！
我是叫了鰻魚最肥最多油的部位—魚腩（魚肚），雖然價錢是三個部位中最貴的，但是都等了這麼久，而且是為自己慶祝的啊！一次半次沒所謂拉！
This is the most expensive part but I just only eat it~ because the fish oil will flow down to the rice, which gamy!!!
還有一個原因讓我會選魚腩的部份，就是因為魚腩中的魚油會流到飯裡面，讓飯都沾滿鰻魚的香氣跟鮮味。
The rice is coming!! It is so hot and it smells and looks delicious, it makes me mouth-watering when I just see the rice and the fish :P
釜飯要到嘍！這個釜鍋很熱很熱，職員都用木製的裝承器裝著這釜飯，而且你看那鰻魚，無論是味覺還是視覺，都大大的滿足啊！
After I put the fish in mouth, the fish oil is fully spread to my tongue, the tooth seam and the throat! It is so amazing!
當的吃第一口的時候，那個魚油都在我口中爆發到每一個角落，沒有誇張，這魚真的有夠肥有夠油！
I would recommend you to choose this when you come to travel in Hong Kong! Try it, taste it, and love it!
我是很建議你們來香港的時候來試一下拉，不過要預備好等待跟用餐的時間喔！
