One of the most packed places in Sabah to grab some food. Wanted to try out some LAKSA (Curry rice noodles) and so we searched on TripAdvisor and Facebook and saw this place. Located in the heart of the city of Sabah, it's one of the most visited places by celebrities from Singapore and Hong Kong.with pictures of them in their walls.
We got a seat at the corner without queuing, fortunately but from where I sat, I could see lines and lines of people outside standing there waiting for their seats.
Ordered Coffee and Teh Tarik (Pulled Tea) and a bowl of LAKSA. This place is famous for its LAKSA.
The LAKSA
It tasted alrite but the soup could be better if it had more texture to it which it lacked in a way. The prawn was fresh and pretty solid in texture. It was pretty fullfillin
The chicken claypot rice
Initially, my wife asked me if I wanted to try this but it did not seem too appetizing. I tried it and it tasted better than what I imagined.
Be sure to get here early to get good seats or you have to wait a while to get a seat.
