Few days ago I had dinner at Na Rasa Sate Matang in Simpang Tiga Redelong, Bener Meriah District of Aceh Province. It’s a nice place to have some lunch or dinner in remote place like Simpang Tiga Redelong.
Sate Matang is a special cuisine of Aceh, origin from Matang Geuleumpang Dua sub district in Bireuen Town. It a special taste of beef satay.
It also provide special broth with nice taste. I love to eat Sate Matang (Matang Satay). It’s one of my favorite food.
“Bumbu Kacang” made of nuts is a special add-on. When satay we mix with Bumbu Kacang, it makes Sate Matang is more delicious. It’s a spicy though, you will never forget the taste.
I may recommend Na Rasa Sate Matang for having lunch or dinner in Simpang Tiga Redelong, Bener Meriah District of Aceh Province.
