The ideas for getting a tattoo are endless, however, we always fall into common places: an infinity (which is an irony of what we said earlier), a cross, "My Mad Life" in calligraphy, swallows, deer (because Indie of 2007), special dates and, of course, the name of our partner (which we ended up erasing like Johnny Depp with Winona Ryder and Melanie Griffith with Antonio Banderas).
Yes, tattooing the name of that loved one is not always the best of ideas, because only God knows what might happen (maybe he is cheating). However, Tom Hardy has the solution in ink if a name is tattooed. And no, it's not that of his wife Charlotte Riley (although maybe he has one of them).
And it is thanks to a fanatic that the world has noticed the new tattoo of the actor: it is the name of one of his best friends, Leonardo DiCaprio. But where does that strange decision come from? And no, it's not because they have a secret romance and they're falling for the cliché ... although with a tattoo in between it would not be so secret anymore.
It turns out that, while filming The Revenant, Leo assured Tom that he would be nominated as "Best Supporting Actor" for his role, but Tom would not believe it. It was then when they both agreed: if Leo was right, Tom would tattoo what his friend wanted, but if he was wrong, then the story would be the other way around.
Now, years after Tom's nomination and Leo's victory, we know that the bet was paid. And, in fact, the complete tattoo says: "Leo Knows All" (Leo knows everything).
