So we are busy at the moment on the oyster farm we have out in Moreton Bay. The past couple of days we have been going out just before low tide to sort out the baskets of oysters to see which are ready to sell and what is staying in for another 6 months. It is raining today and I am not keen to go out and be wet all day so catching up with Steemit while I can. The land in the background is near Amity on Nth Stradbroke Island. Behind me in the boat is the Brisbane skyline.
When we go out to the oysters you will almost always see a dugon pop up out of the water. Alot of dolphins and birds. At the moment their is the occasional whale in the bay. I have see sharks out here but harmless ones. I try to stay on the boat and pretend I am stacking the baskets. Although the sea bed is mostly sandy with some sea-grass and some starfish.
