Sorry I haven't been on steemit for awhile. I am super busy in real life and not online much at all.
Here is a photo of the view from the pub. The only pub where I live. Usually full of tourists but currently it is quite. This time year it is a great spot to watch the whale migration. The land you can see is Moreton Island and the water is the Coral Sea.
There used to be an old pub with an even better view as the trees were not so tall. It was pulled down for this modern version with apartments for rich people. It is a bit of a rip off place to drink and food is ordinary. It is up for sale for $A17 million if anyone is interested in improving it.
