I started off picking up a few rocks outside intending to do another op where I painted rocks and left them for neighbors to find. I chose the round rock intending to paint a ladybug on it, and then yesterday there was a ladybug in Ellie's pot, so I decided I would give ladybug rock to Ellie. Then I without even thinking about it first painted an apple tree on the rectangle rock, so that one had to go to apple tree (whom I haven't named yet). Then the heart-shaped rock had to go to maple tree (also need to name), to encourage them to recover and be healthy and live.
So, painted rock presents for my balcony forest tree friends! Trees need love, too. <3

This morning whilst I was watering the balcony forest and putting out crunched up eggshells in their pots, Yuan came out with me, like he usually does. But he didn't want to stay out long, which is unusual for him. I wanted to take a photo:

I let him in. He's so tolerant of his crazy ass human. :D
