As an adult, we have to face a lot of challenge and obsacles in life, career, and business. Some people failed in their pursue because theyself full of negative thought, and no longer believe in their self. The worse thing can happen is they gave up. In building a positive mind, there's a few ways to keep the negativity away and keeping a new fresh habit that will making yourself a better person.

Positive Circle (Friends)
Make friends only with a positive people who always encourage you to be a better version of yourself, and to lift you up whenever you fall. Stay away with negative people, because quality is always better than quantity.Positive Thought (Optimist)
Always think about a positive thought, make a good assumption, give a clear positive reason always, and most important is, worry less. It might sounds hard, but might work if you keep training your mind.Avoid Gossiping

Always do thing that can put a smile on your face, doesn't matter if it's hobbies such as gardening, making art, singing, do it more often!
Some people are stressed out working thing that they don't like, work with people that they hate, which lead to depression, and forgot how to love themself. Find your happiness first, and do it more.Love your Body
Loving your body is putting an effort to make your body im better shape, it's okay to have whatever shape, fat, skinny, short, tall, etc, as long as you are in healthy condition, which lead you to have a healthy mind as well.Spend Time With Your Love One
Beside having a positive circle (friend), try to always find the time, just to be there with you love one, cook with your wife, take your kids to the park, or just simply spend time with them at home. It's because their smiles somehow can cure all your stressed mind!Always Express Your Emotion.
