Install it
Download https://www.gvst.co.uk/gsnap.htm for 64bit
Go to %appdata%
Open TS3Client -> Plugins -> ClownfishForTeamspeak -> VST 64
Paste GSnap.dll to this folder
Open Teamspeak3 and click Plugins
Open Clownfish Voice Changer -> VST Effects
Click GSnap.dll and click Config Effects
