Yesterday day 11 was the first day I didn't achieve my target of 100 squats a day 😥. I did 50 squats in the morning, then I felt quite tired for the rest of the day, and decided to give myself the rest of the day off and bank on my over achievements from prior days. Need to work harder after the little slack to build up my over achievement reserves again
