Today I smashed 100 squats in one go!!!! And just 5 days ago, I could just about manage 25 squats. If you've been reading my squat challenge journey these few days, you'd know it hasn't always been this easy. But with a bit of will power and determination, doing the squats challenge is not beyond your capability.
In fact, after @dbooster joined in, @pardinus joined in as well yesterday, so now I have two support buddies. And @xrayman said he's going to start on Tuesday (I'm going to hold you to it because you said on the chain), we have a little crowd growing on the Hive Squats Challenge. Although you may have been reading about how painful the first few days were for us all, trust me, it gets better very quickly, and I'm here to prove it with my progress. After I did my 100 squats target today, I did another 20, just because I felt like it (yep, I've earned my bragging rights now 😄).
So how about you join in as well? It doesn't matter that we're 5 days into November, and it doesn't matter if you don't join the official Stand up to Cancer fundraising campaign like me. And it doesn't even matter if you don't do 100 squats every day, because once you start, you will be able to do 100 squats by the end of the month. I have every ounce of confidence in you, because if I can do it, so can you!!!
