Facebook did the biggest Executive reshuffle. The quite noticing part is the movement of a head of Messenger and a head of product at Instagram. In particular David Marcus who will be in charge of the new blockchain group worked at Paypal and currently he is on the board at Coinbase. Maybe payment is the first target, but who know?
