As I mentioned at the beginning the device has a heart rate monitor, and also has an intelligent trainer with breathing exercises to control stress, as well as a monitoring of 39 workouts.
And last but not least, the clock tracks are asleep. All this data goes directly into the Samsung Health application, so it's easily accessible from your Samsung phone.
The device is designed to work seamlessly with Samsung phones, but it will also work on any phone with Android 5.0 or later, as well as any iPhone 5 or newer, with iOS 9.0 or higher. Will it interact in any special way with the upcoming Galaxy S10 or Galaxy X futuristic and foldable phones? Only time will tell.
It seems to me that this watch exceeds Samsung's goals and is a healthy competitor to other brands of smart watches that also have their own. Some time ago people saw this kind of alternative designs to cell phones as unfeasible, the reality is that today they are very sought after because they optimize our day in a surprising way.
