*****> Another player in the game***?!**
Suriname is in a digital transformation. This transformation has been pulled by the state communication company Telesur with Telesur National Broadband Project.
By this more services or businesses are go digital and I don't mean social media. I am talking here about apps and websites and implementations in digital payments.
Speaking about payment apps or e-wallets, we have currently 2 well-known e-wallets:
- Mope: E-wallet powered by the Hakrinbank
- Uni5pay: payment app, a platform built by Telesur, de Surinaamse Postspaarbank & Southern Commercial Bank.
But now we have a newcomer in sight, called RxPay. This platform is built by TechoVate (https://techno-vate.com/) founded by Brian Imambaks (https://www.linkedin.com/in/brianimambaks/ )
This platform is basically a digital wallet which has an affiliate system , RXcoins and many more features. But I leave in your hands to check it what is really new (link in the end)
- All these apps are being pushed due to COVID-19 and they have many good advantages but about that is a story for another time
Normally I don't write stories [ I will highlight this also in another story ] like this but I do see trends in Suriname and also is time to share the knowledge
Do you want read more trends that I see ? Well let me know!
Let's connect and grantangi (Thank you).
