Think of the future like a distributed network, one that allows for more efficient transfer of resources, essentially a huge web that interoperates. Most of the movement in this web will be frictionless. Machines will do every imaginable task that we as humans struggled with previously. This delegation, will lead to new opportunities. One of them is the improvement of the web itself. The internet of things. Future generations will expand this web, it is therefore our responsability to lay a functioning foundation for them to improve upon.
