It is also possible that the disasters shown on the card could refer to the tsunami, earthquake, or explosion at the Fukushima nuclear power plant, which caused a great tragedy in Japan in 2011.

Cards can be purchased on the Internet without a problem, I recommend looking on sites like, ebay or amazon. This is a forgotten game, so selling the product is not as big as it was over 20 years ago. Now, they are mainly bought by conspiracy theorists, because for us they have a special value.
