Hello World to this beautiful day. For a moment now I have the urge to create and propose to all and every human the possibility to leave the boundaries of society behind. We are all born Free and with the natural right to live our life as we wish. To eat and drink is a birth right and must should be respected by all and one.

Being An Earthling - Waking Up and "Starting" Consciousness
It's 7am and I'm slowly waking up, some thoughts about the just "lived" dreams travelling through the mind. Letting them go the moment they appear. Starting with VipassanΔ gives me that "state of observing the moment" I want to have for my new day of experience.
This moment is most important to me, to start the "engines" for another beautiful day. Waking up and becoming conscious. All this with no electronic alarm clock or any other help, for these devices just prevent you in becoming conscious, they wake your body when your soul still needs rest...
I can ask my soul (which is the master of my inner clock) to be my alarm. Easy! And so body and soul are synchronised already at the moment of the change from the sleep phase to the wake phase. All this without the annoying noise of some unimportant non-ecological device.
All I did to abandon the clocks to wake up is: When in bed to start the night and knowing the time I "need" to wake up to be on time at "work" or whatever... I told myself: "I wake up at 7 am", "I wake up at 7 am", "I wake up at 7 am"...! That's my prayer until I fall asleep and for sure mostly 5 minutes to seven I open my eyes.
Today I just think about the hour once and I'm set and it all works just fine in all sorts of timing moments... π (Beware: No rules without exceptions! But this is more than Okay. Life always gives us what we need!)
Then when standing up and starting to move, I easily can stay in a conscious state for anything I do... It's "lots of work" on myself everyday without end, but I'm happy about it, because the enormous facilitation of my daily life in this time of fools IS worth it.
